Before sending any messages, please make sure you are using the latest version. Check out the version history and download the most recent version if necessary. You can download the latest version at any time. If the problem persists in the latest version, send an email to support@editpadpro.com and clearly explain what EditPad Pro is doing wrong and what it should be doing. It is also very helpful if you can describe which exact steps you can take to reproduce the problem. Finding out a way to reproduce a problem consistently is 90% of the total effort needed to fix it. Please also mention your EditPad Pro user ID in any message you send. Other comments and suggestions regarding EditPad Pro are also welcome at the above address. EditPad LiteNo technical support is available for EditPad Lite. If you want technical support, please buy a license to EditPad Pro.
